1 Schedule FREE trial classes: In the plans and pricing page, chooose a monthly plan. After purchasing, we'll help arrange trial classes with tutors to find the best tutor who suits your child's needs. No credit card charges until AFTER the trial period. After trials, you can continue to book the same tutor or work with a different tutor. 2 Initial assessment: During the trial classes, our initial diagnostic skills assessment allows tutors to find out where your child is so we can pinpoint any gaps. With this customized learning plan, we can help each child reach their full potential. 3 Book your session: Your plan allows you to book classes with a flexible schedule. You can cancel or reschedule the lessons, up to a year, as it fits your calendar.

To manage your bookings, simply log in to your Positive Tutors account using the email you used to purchase your plan. Once logged in, navigate to your profile and select "My Bookings" to view, reschedule, or cancel your sessions. At Positive Tutors, we conduct all our classes using Zoom, a reliable and user-friendly platform that ensures smooth and interactive learning experiences. Once you book a session, you can easily access the Zoom link in the "My Bookings" section of your account. Additionally, the link will be included in the automated email sent to you after each booking.
