Service Description
This program is designed to cater to learners at all levels, from low beginner to advanced. Our expert tutors begin by assessing each student's current English proficiency and placing them at the appropriate level. The personalized curriculum focuses on key areas of language learning: grammar, vocabulary building, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking. At the beginner level, students work on foundational grammar rules, everyday vocabulary, and basic conversational skills. Intermediate learners dive into more complex sentence structures, practical reading exercises, and structured writing tasks like crafting short essays or reports. Advanced students focus on refining fluency, mastering business English, improving academic writing, and engaging in debates and presentations. The curriculum includes consistent mini-tests and level tests to monitor progress and ensure students are on track to advance to the next level.
Cancellation Policy
At Positive Tutors, we want every session to be productive and seamless for both students and tutors. To ensure this, we have the following booking guidelines: Rescheduling & Cancellations: Classes can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited. No-Shows & Late Arrivals: Missed classes or late arrivals cannot be rescheduled, and no refunds will be provided. Sessions are considered forfeited if not attended. Trial Classes: Our free trial classes are exempt from cancellation and forfeiture policies, giving students the chance to experience our tutoring risk-free. Package Booking: Students may schedule sessions at their convenience, but we encourage booking ahead of time to reserve tutors’ availability and ensure timely access to classes. Payment: Full payment is required when purchasing any tutoring package to secure your sessions. Tutor Availability: Tutors’ schedules may vary. Booking in advance helps students maximize their package credits and maintain consistent learning progress. We recommend parents and students plan ahead to make the most of every session and maintain continuity in learning.
