Service Description
This program is designed for children ages 5 to 12, offering personalized lessons based on each student's level. After an initial assessment, students are placed in levels ranging from beginner to advanced, ensuring they receive instruction that matches their abilities. The curriculum includes engaging lessons in reading, listening, speaking, and writing, focusing on building vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills. Students will experience: - Beginner classes: Focus on basic sentence structures, common phrases, greetings, colors, numbers, and familiar objects. - Intermediate classes: Expand on grammar, sentence formation, storytelling, and more complex conversations like describing people, places, and emotions. - Advanced classes: Develop critical thinking in English, practice more sophisticated grammar, and participate in discussions on diverse topics like hobbies, the environment, and culture. With regular mini-tests and level tests, students can track their progress and advance to the next level as they master their current one.
Cancellation Policy
At Positive Tutors, we want every session to be productive and seamless for both students and tutors. To ensure this, we have the following booking guidelines: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Classes can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited. 𝗡𝗼-𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 & 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀: Missed classes or late arrivals cannot be rescheduled, and no refunds will be provided. Sessions are considered forfeited if not attended. 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀: Our free trial classes are exempt from cancellation and forfeiture policies, giving students the chance to experience our tutoring risk-free. 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Students may schedule sessions at their convenience, but we encourage booking ahead of time to reserve tutors’ availability and ensure timely access to classes. 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Full payment is required when purchasing any tutoring package to secure your sessions. 𝗧𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Tutors’ schedules may vary. Booking in advance helps students maximize their package credits and maintain consistent learning progress. We recommend parents and students plan ahead to make the most of every session and maintain continuity in learning.
