  • Students must be in the Zoom link at least 3 minutes before the class.

  • Class time starts and ends on time. Classes cannot be extended in case of late students.

  • Students MUST turn on their cameras during the whole duration of the class. Tutors have the right to choose to suspend the class if they feel uncomfortable when students turn off their cameras.

  • As much as possible, parents must be present a few minutes before each class ends for a quick summary report about the class.

  • For any questions and concerns about your class, students may communicate with you through our website chat box.

Step 4: Communication

5 minutes

  • Students/parents and tutors must communicate on our website through the chat box.

  • Students/parents and tutors must follow each other's profiles on the website.

    • Students/parents' profiles are sometimes in private mode. If so, teach them to make their profiles public and ask them to follow you and send you a message. Use screen sharing tool on Zoom to make the process clear and easy.

Step 5: Class Planning
